Yes it is official, the cherries are here! So Tasty….So addictive…And did you know, so many health benefits!
Did you know that if you remember to eat your cherries, you’ll remember alot of other things. Because cherries are great for your memory.
Not getting a good night sleep is simply the worst. So guess what? eat your cherries! Cherries contain melatonin. Fantastic!
Did i mention your skin will thank you for having that cherry feed? Yes once again cherries to the rescue with their antioxidants that can help protect your skin from nasty uv rays.
And finally and i believe the best benefit of cherries is the fiber. Did you know that cherries have a fair amount of fiber and we all know what that’s good for! But beware. Chris and I once bought a big bag of sweet cherries on the way home at a farm stand in Palisade, and ended up consuming the whole bag in once sitting. Needless to say, we discovered the benefits of “fiber” real quick. So remember, everything in moderation including sweet cherries, unless of course you have no plans to leave the house that day…Or for that matter, the day after that!
