Yard Sale season is still HOT! Yard Sale 101

Guide them to your sale (people cannot read addresses when driving) 

Market that baby every way you can:

Make some room:

Make sure you give your shoppers plenty of space to shop, use tables, plug in electronics and hang up those clothes.

Price it right:

You are better off selling a lot of items at low prices than a few highly priced items.

Clearly marked prices:

Put prices on your items or do a color code system (blue dot items are $1, red dot $2, green dot $5….)

Donate what did not sell:

At the end of the yard sale gather up the leftovers and donate them to charity.  or schedule a donation pickup. Don’t bring that stuff back into your house. Kick back, relax and count that cash you earned it.
